Amelia Ferrier of Melies Kitchen is the artist behind these beautifully constructed sweet treats. I say artist because each and every one of her cakes, tarts and slices are so perfectly decorated they are almost too good to eat - almost. Amelia is an Auckland based schoolgirl who is only 16 (mind blown) and has been baking since she was little, her contemporary recipes and attention to detail is beyond impressive.
Amelia makes to order from her mouth watering menu and even takes custom orders via her website, or if you are feeling brave you can attempt to recreate one of these divine cakes from her list of recipes.
