TRIED & TESTED - MAY

Lush – Think Pink Bath Ballistic: Lush makes the most amazing bath bombs and bubble bars and I have been a fan for years. It has been a while since I have purchased any bath products so I thought I would spoil myself with a selection of goodies from Lush. I am a little bit in love with the think pink bomb, it has a beautiful light scent and the cute little confetti hearts that are left floating through the water after it has dissolved were a nice touch. The Think Pink Bomb is the perfect addition to your bath as a little indulgent treat. Lush products are cruelty free, vegan approved and handmade fresh.

Oxygen – Hand & Body Crème: Oxygen is a naturally derived skincare range that is made in New Zealand. Founded by Alana Riley, Oxygen products contain the hugely beneficial organic hop extract known for its anti-inflammatory properties. I have been using the ‘Women’ Hand and Body Crème on my legs and arms and really like the beautiful soft vanilla scent. The creme contains apricot kernel and jojoba oils to keep your skin lovely and hydrated, it is quickly absorbed into the skin and is non-greasy, an absolute must for me when choosing a body lotion. I also like that it comes in an easy to dispense pump bottle which is very user friendly, particularly when you already have your hands covered in moisturiser. Oxygen products contain no nasties and are not tested on animals. *

Petalhead – Face Cream: Petalhead is a completely natural skin care range made in New Zealand that is formulated to protect, nourish and hydrate. I had been wanting to test out this brand for a while so I purchased the classic mini face cream which is suitable for all skin types. The Face Cream contains a lovely blend of ingredients including cocoa nut butter, shea butter, almond oil and orange blossom. I really love the consistency of this of cream, its nice and thick without being heavy on the skin and it comes in a gorgeous little jar – the perfect size for travel. I have been using this specifically as a night cream and admire that Petalhead products are completely free of all nasty chemicals and are not tested on animals.

Oasis Beauty – Lip & Lashes: I love a good multi purpose product and was rather intrigued to see how this Lip & Lash 3-in-1 treatment from Oasis would work. The Lip & Lash treatment can be used as an eye and lip cream to soothe and moisturise, and as an eyelash conditioner that can be applied directly to the lashes. I have to admit I was a little skeptical that this product could do so many things but it's truly amazing! I have found if you apply this before mascara it makes for easy removal later on and it keeps the eyelash area from drying out. I haven’t noticed any difference to the lines around my eyes yet but it has definitely improved the general health of my lashes. The 3-in-1 treatment contains 98% natural and organic ingredients and can also be used as a cuticle cream! This is the second Oasis beauty product I have used and loved and am already a big fan. Oasis offers three free mini samples via their website, so this is definitely worth a try! *

Natio – Top & Base Coat Nail Polish: I love the range of Natio nail colours but had never tried the Top & Base Coat so I decided to give it a go. I applied two coats of natio ‘lovely’ followed with the clear top coat, my nails stayed chip free for four days and are only slightly starting to show signs of wear on day five. This product is fast drying, is a good price point and lasts well, highly recommend.

Azurlis – Moisture Holding Hand Cream: Azurlis is a natural skin care range made In New Zealand that offers a unique holistic approach to beauty and health. Founder Dr Fernanda da Silva Tatley is a molecular medical microbiologist and created the Azurlis range to reflect a natural balance between Science & Soul. I tested out the Moisture Holding Hand Cream that contains a rich blend of hydrating botanical oils and acts as a protective barrier to prevent moisture loss. You only need to use a tiny amount of this product, I rubbed it into the back of my hands and slightly up my arms until fully absorbed and my skin was left feeling soft and hydrated. This is a great product to keep in your handbag for everyday use and is cruelty free.*
We also have an amazing prize pack from Azurlis that we are giving away this week, to enter head over to our facebook page.

* Indicates products that were gifted - I will always state when a product/sample is gifted, however I only feature products that I personally endorse and aim to give my honest opinion at all times.
