One of my favourite things about winter is denim, specifically jeans and chunky knit jumpers but basically just jeans seven days a week. My style preference is the relaxed fit of a classic boyfriend cut, comfortable, distressed and versatile. Invest in a quality pair as the cut is super important and wear those bad boys in - you are aiming for a soft worn-in fit like you have had them for years. One thing I learnt from my days of working in retail is that denim moulds to your body, so always wear a new pair of jeans as many times as you can before washing them. Also a little tip: never put stretch denim in the dryer - the heat will melt the elastane and your jeans will only get looser, not shrink!
